Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
Staying near the pool on the first floor was spacious and convenient, with amenities like a fridge and kitchenette. I enjoyed being able to easily walk to the front desk for any inquiries and got groceries at the nearby Trader Joe's.
The hotel is convenient for work trips due to its location close to the Strip conference center. The rooms are decent but might lack some essentials and proper cleaning. The service was mediocre, with staff encounters being cold and an insufficient compensation offer for inconveniences. The closed and locked policy during nighttime could be inconvenient for guests. Overall, a mix of pros and cons for a stay tailored more towards business than leisure.
The hotel's location is awesome, right by the outlets and close to many eating places, away from the Vegas traffic. Although the rooms were dirty, old, and not ready until later in the afternoon, the service was helpful and sweet. The location was fantastic, being near the action of the strip but not in the thick of it. The dining experience was basic, and the facilities were adequate.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean, spacious, and offered a lovely view of the mountains and Las Vegas Blvd strip hotels. The service, however, was quite disappointing with unprofessional behavior and long waiting times. The location was convenient for exploring the area but a bit far from main attractions. Dining options were limited but nearby restaurants were handy. Overall, a mixed experience with some highlights and drawbacks.
The hotel is a convenient choice for a work trip, offering clean and comfortable rooms. The staff was professional, but there was a push to attend a time share presentation for discounts. The location was excellent for quick access to the conference center. Dining was satisfactory. Overall, a reasonable choice for the price.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were well-appointed with all the cooking equipment we needed, clean, quiet, and comfortable. However, there was only one remote for the two TVs. The service was not professional and took a long time, but the location was convenient to the strip and shopping outlets. The dining options were varied, with IHOP, Dunkin Donuts, and Denny's nearby. Overall, a decent stay with some drawbacks worth noting.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were a good size and met our needs very well, but the strong smell of pot and the attempt to cover it up with Pine Sol was quite overwhelming. The location was very convenient for exploring nearby attractions, but the service was a bit lacking with delays in requested room cleaning. The dining options nearby were decent, and the facilities were satisfactory.
I had a bit of a rocky start with a room issue that required moving buildings, but the location was peaceful yet close to the Vegas hustle. The service was lacking courtesy, but the surroundings were lovely. Dining options were limited, though there was a nearby Denny's. Overall, a decent value stay with some hiccups.
My stay at the hotel had its highs and lows. The room, although equipped as a second bedroom, had a constant smell of smoke, yet had nice furniture and a steam shower. The service was friendly and efficient, although I never received a promised callback. The location was good, away from the noise with convenient dining options nearby. The dining experience left me unimpressed, lacking variety. The facilities were decent but fell short in cleanliness.
The hotel had a full kitchen and laundry which was convenient, but check-in was delayed until 7 pm, and the room had numerous broken lights. After the first night in a disgustingly dirty room, my experience was tainted. The coconut smell throughout the hotel was delightful, although there was a hint of another smell nearby. The staff seemed more interested in selling time share units than assisting guests, but overall, I enjoyed my stay on vacation.
